Overview: Introduction to the Citizen Service Platform. In January this year at the Government Leaders Forum in Berlin, Microsoft announced the Citizen Service Platform or CSP, which is a solutions platform built around our core technologies aimed at helping local government agencies deliver better citizen services. The development of the CSP was done in conjunction with existing customers and partners whom have repurposed their solutions to be available as part of CSP. This session will outline the CSP, in terms of business strategy, platform architecture and also position the great partner opportunity that it creates for our local government ecosystem partners.
